Policies for our Inn


Due to higher credit card fees there will be a small surcharge for reward credit cards. No surcharge for debit cards, check, or cash. No other fees are imposed.

Booking Terms -
A $50.00 deposit will hold your reservation for you. In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded minus $15.00. If cancelled after 7 days prior to stay the entire $50.00 deposit will be kept unless the room is re rented.

For stays of three room nigts or longer - a one and a half day deposit will be applied. In case of cancellation at any time prior to stay the partial amount will be forfeited unless the room/s are rerented.

Some holidays, special events, as well as college graduations and sports games require a one night stay as a non-refundable deposit for each room as well as the rates are increased. The amount will be refunded when the room/s is rerented minus a $20.00 fee. The full charge for the stay will be applied seven days prior to the stay.

The full amount of stay will be charged on day of check in. In case of cancellation of any days the amount will be refunded when the room is rerented minus a $15.00 fee.

Self check in anytime after 3:00 p.m. There will be instructions with your name attached to the front door to take and read. There is staff available on site. 850-933-0456

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 50 pounds. Current shot records required, must stay on leash at all times. Bring bed or blanket. One time fee of $25 charged per pet. Pets not allowed in Dining room.
